    I MAY get a Delphi, Moog or Mevotec off rockauto just for now, then come December, spend 2 grand and get the good stuff and rebuild the whole front end properly since were closed for Christmas week and will have full access to the shop to take my time. I just need it back on the road for now

    its more than likely just a archived code. if its not a current or pending code your good. archive means a previous issue that was fixed current/pending will set the engine light while driving

    they may be perminate codes that done clear with a scanner. the ecu removes them after so many drive cycles. if nothing is listed as stored/confirmed or pending, your good

    most defiantly ease of access. however, being closer to the filter gives more accurate pressure since its right out the filter instead of being the last place to receive the pressure

    I'm hoping it's just failed oil pump or pun bearing but from sticking a camera down the spark plug holes I'm not very hopeful. and it only took a few hours to lift the body, and ya have so much space for activities it's the best, easiest and probably safest way

    well got the 4.8 in. I lifted the body off the frame, painted the frame, changed fuel pump and all wire harness loom and body to frame bushings. I'm a manager/mechanic at a shop so did it on a Sunday. made life a lot easier with the body out the way on a lift. took it on a 2-hour trip last...
