    I bought a cheep power washer and some degreaser, and used WD40 for after washing. I must have power washed the block 3 times through out my refresh, 2 before and once after dingle ball hone. Or you can take it to a car was, just bring WD40 or/and wipe the inner surfaces with some oil .

    I would recommend cleaning the intake valves, I did a walnut shell cleaning and felt an improvement, and add a catch can.

    Take off the intake and look at the valves, I read some place the the carbon build up could cause valves to stick open and may cause lifters to collapse. I walnut shelled blasted the in take valves on my new to me 255,000 mile Yukon and it ran much better, had a lot of carbon build up.

    Just try a regular shocks that fit from AutoZone, Napa, O'Reilly. They usually have ones that will work. Last time I bought shocks, they had options from good ($$) to better ($$$).

    I would guess the gear shift cable ether cam off or broke and it is in gear, that is why the back did not open, no start and it rolled.

    I would check the temp sensor and of course the water flow at temp and level , could be air locked. You did not mentioned if the radiator was fixed.

    With no reviews that i can find, I bit the bullet and order one. Right now transmission 2 1 shift seams late as in when i leave from a stop there is a delay, like it is in 2nd then finds 1st and then goes, shutter at cruse and some odd shifting. Will report latter.

    After researching on line some, seams that the same bolts used to lock in caster are the same bolts holding the camber. So the camber adjustment theory I stated in the first post could mess with caster.
