My flares are made by Bushwacker the fit and finish is very sub par and they had to be trimed to fit the bumpers. I would not recommend them.
The 9500 is rated a lot heavier than my rig. Plus I actually have never used to to get unstuck it has only been used to aid other people...
What should oil pressure be at idle and driving say at 3000 rpm?
I have been running 5-20 and thinking about switching to 5-30
What do some of you guys run?
I have 217,000 on mine and it runs fine.
That is most likely why it is running hotter. With the air having to pass through three layers it is reducing the air flow. I would either move the oil cooler to a new lower location or try to move it so there is a few inches between them allowing a little more air to move around them.
In my experience it helps bring it up to temp faster and stops the error code form activating. When the error code is triggered the fan came on full time and ac would shutdown. I would have to go in and reset or restart the car to get things working again.

Someone can correct me if I am wrong but, I am not sure which fuse box they...

I did a transfer swap a few years ago it has worked great for me. I swapped from a single speed to a two speed. I think I made comments about it in my build thread.
What is the off set recommended by the company who made the lift?
I am not sure I have ever been down a trail that was to narrow because of a little bit of offset... lol Unless you count being on shelf roads with a couple inches of tire hanging out with no dirt under them...
I live 20 plus miles out of town... We have perimeter alarms, dogs, motion lights and cameras. Night vision on a couple suppressed AR's and a back hoe.
I replaced my two batteries today and decided to install a Spartan Power smart dual battery isolator in the circuit. The second battery is hooked up to my winch and power distribution point it feeds refrigerator, interior lights and other camping accessories.
The isolator disconnects the...
I will have to check into these I am starting to get the itch again on some new modifications. I have been thinking about just forming up some metal flares and welding them in...
