    I just called my dealer and they said that they are still on hold from GM on doing the recall test.. WTH? I don't know what to think any more. Very frustrating.

    Update took it to the tranny shop and got the transfer case fixed for $541.. Seemed like a good deal to me.

    I will add this. I do love my Yukon Denali. It is a very nice vehicle and drives like a dream. So as long as it does not have an engine failure, or have to have the engine preemptively removed, I will be very happy with it.

    the '03 has 295k miles on it and has a bad transfer case. Its on its last leg.. It seems like it might be smart to dump the 2023 before it has issues unless the likelihood of a bad engine is low. I'd really like to understand the likelihood of that..

    My trust of this process is minimal at best. My understanding is that the engines are fine until they are not. I personally know 3 folks that have had their engines fail and there was no prior symptoms before failure

    Question on verifying fob reset

    The locksmith told me that they had done the re-set, but I would like to be able to 100% verify that it was re-set.. Otherwise the person with my fob can steal my rig easily
