    Several things come to mind, including returning it to the shop that did the work. If this is a 4wd truck, make sure it's in 2wd. Do the front jounce stops contact the lower control arms at ride height? They should. Perhaps they removed and improperly installed the steering center link...

    When it doesn't start, have someone turn the key on while you listen by the fuel tank to hear the pump running. If it doesn't, try smacking the bottom of the tank.

    Forgot to mention, after changing the O2 sensors be sure to reset the long term fuel trims with a scanner.

    I would suggest monitoring the intake air temp and the ambient air temp to see if they are accurate. Also, have you tried clear flood mode after it happens? (Hold accel pedal to the floor while cranking.)

    You can also use unlit propane -- a bit safer. Also pinch off the vacuum line for the brake vacuum booster to see if it makes any difference.

    Right. Usually it's not needed. But some people have had random misfires (P0300) and doing the CASE relearn can cure (or prevent) that. It's easy and recommended by GM after a sensor change, so why not do it?

    You may need to have professional A/C service done, at least to verify that the system is fully charged and cooling properly. And a capable bidirectional scanner will show you all the actuators with their commanded positions vs. actual positions. That would save you some grief if it tells that...

    What did I miss that indicates a lean condition, other than the MAF value? The MAF reading in the pics is 0.04 lb/min, which equates to 0.3 g/sec (but, again, reading it directly in the metric standard would be most accurate). That's severely low; at hot idle (we don't know what the idle was)...
