Headlights!
These are the new headlights. Much better illumination at night, and no upset drivers approaching so far! -
Strange noise
I have noticed a loud pop/snap/crack noise while driving. It usually occurs after a half hour or more of drive time, and only one pop/snap/crack. It is almost like a rock hitting the windshield, but its not that, seems to be coming from inside the dash, maybe the map screen? It has 135K miles... -

Update! Wish I had more info, but still not able to get the second opinion. Did purchase new plugs, wires, coils etc... and a bi directional scan tool, still waiting for that. Watching the videos on the change out... looks like the passenger side will be the hard pard, remove wheel and fender...- Hey you

So I went to a local transmission shop, a test drive with bi directional scanner revealed a miss fire with a flashing cel during the event, but the cel did not remain illuminated. I am going to get new plugs and wires and tackle that job myself. Hope that fixes it. Will also get another opinion...- Hey you

Did not think of that! But certainly the cost of that alone would almost be the same as a rebuild, with removal and install! Has anyone tried this before? When my shudder occurs, I can control it by backing off the pedal, or shifting down a gear.- Hey you

Headlights!
I did make sure the LEDs were installed as shown on the diagram. I may have to consider the HIDs, but was hoping there was a headlight assy out there without the projectors. Thanks for the input! -
Headlights!
The first set were not marked, came with the car. Then I tried a set from US Stock on ebay. Not sure if that is the brand, or just a distributor. The bulbs do look bright, but they do not illuminate the road very well. High Beam does not have the projector, and they work OK there. -

I have tried different brands of LED bulbs on my 2015 Tahoe LT. But the projector type housing is not allowing the LED to illuminate the road, to my liking. Now i am back to halogens, and thinking of trying an after marked housing that will allow the LED to work. I think something without the... -

Sorry, should have put more info in the post. It is a 2015 Tahoe LT, just turned 130K, V8 and I think 5.3, auto matic 6 speed. I also noticed the issue when manually shifting up thru the gears, but again with moderate acceleration.- Hey you

My first post
Quick update I pulled out the existing bulbs, they were LED already, but I think cheap ones as they had no marking at all. Replaced with halogen H11's which I had from a previous venicle, will give these a try before looking into better LEDs. TPMS update... this is strange. Usually my failures... -

Thanks for the reply guys, I am going to try the parts store, maybe they bad! I only have a foxwell NT510 scan tool, and that most likely will not do the trick. I will keep you posted, and pics will follow.
