When the truck is at idle, the butterfly valve in the throttle body is at rest. Which will let it idle. When computer looks at throttle when pedal is pressed the stepper motors in the throttle body are done for to be to the point. And the computer doesnt know the true value of the throttle body...
In my experience go to the ac compressor relay and remove it. Key off, on one of the pronges u should have 12v. Constant. Then key on or crank it. Have someone cycle the ac button and check for switch on 12v. When button is pressed. If both are there then the problem is under the hood. If 12v...
Hook a scanner to it and go to data. Watch what the throttle percentage is at idle and or throttle. And watch the MAF. Air volume has increased but not to the MAF. Get some MAF cleaner and clean it and see what happens. Not sure if ur fuel trims and or keep alive data can be reset.
The alternator code has me. The others are mostly communications codes. If there isn't constent power thru the system, PCM will drop systems to stay running.
Shocks and struts, the actual strut shock, they keep the tire on the ground and springs and coils push the vehicle up. So stiffer springs fight the sag.
Possibly drive shaft wasn't put back where it was before removing it. There balanced. So now drive train is off balance. Doesn't take much. Or u joint failure.
Yes, just a slight manual opening of these types of throttle body's will screw it up. Just say u bump the butterfly open a little and the computer doesn't or can't see it.(the slight adjustment) then they will be off and it will effect the drive ability of it.
In my opinion, sensors that are dire to engine and computer sync. I would go with OEM sensors. I have ran rockauto and partsgeek and autozone cam sensors. OEM fixed the issue. Just me though.
Is the rear panhard bar bolted in? Trac arms? If ur lowered and or stock, hitting the 18 wheeler grooves in the road will aways make the vehicle wonder.
FYI, those fly by throttle bodies are real sensitive. Cleaner or dirt got into the idle air or the tps sensors when cleaning and at that point replacement needed.
