I just drilled the heads off the melted rivets the factory did and used some really good silicon glue/sealant to put them back together. Plenty of clamps till it dried. Seems to be working well.
Once all the fasteners are put back on instalation it's not going anywhere.

The truck came with titanium (puke grey) and the beige that remains. I gutted a suburban for the black and split the door skins and put them back together.
One of a kind.. no factory option like that.
Keep in mind, it's not a winch bumper. I made it in to one because I already had the hidden winch mount and didn't want to just scrap it.
It does come with a pretty decent skid plate.. which I modified to be flat under the winch. I already had the full skid set up from ASFIR.

A SAS doesn't meet the luxurious requirement. If I was building just a hard core trail rig I would go that route but I like to travel and won't trade off the sweet highway ride and handling.
A retro AT4 is vibe I'm going for. I've already re-badged it.
The 9.25 would be the 2500/3500 unit. The mounting style is completely incompatible..except, possibly the 2012 to 2015 models. But it's not identical from what I've gathered.

As some of you may know, there is no available locker for the front differential. My understanding is that the case isn't strong enough to take it...
I can tell you that '07 LS2 coils connect right up. From the information I gathered they are the hottest coils that GM produced..
If you get LS9 valve covers you can throw those ugly coil brackets away.
