Finished a custom set of headlights with bi-led projectors, and blacked out the front end. More details on the headlights in my build thread if you're curious
May need to realign the headlights after some testing, they are 3" lower than the alignment point at 20ft but visually look too high
Making it a true "Midnight Edition", Part 2
My OEM headlights were looking pretty ratty, so I decided to rebuild them while I swapped the grille. My original plan was to swap the lenses and re-use the OEM housings, until I figured out that GM uses permaseal in the headlight. I tried to seperate...
Tried my hand at DIY wrapping the window chrome. Overall a 7/10, my trimming skills are lacking. But it does pass the 5 foot test and it only cost me $50 in material
Making it a true "Midnight Edition" Part 1
Got some quotes from a few local shops for a few options - 1) wrapping, 2) painting, or 3) swapping new/salvage RST pieces. All are relatively expensive, and I couldn't find an salvage RST near me. I opted to trying DIY wrapping myself - cost me around...
Starting a build thread as I dive deeper in my modifications. My ultimate goal is a weekend overlander/roadtripper to explore the eastern Rockies. Coming from lowered Subarus, it's a far departure from my automotive expertise. I've exclusively driven and modified EJ25-powered Subarus for the...
Autosync is primarily for BCM tuning, for TCM tuning you'd need something like a Diablosport Intune (which I also have). I've only used the in-tuner adjustments but you can have custom tunes created

I've had this issue on other vehicles, and it was usually the bumper not sitting on the crash bar/foam correctly
Picked my suburban up from the transmission shop after the trans started acting up. New billet converter, zip kit, control module, and trans cooler. Drives better than when I first got it
If you look at the SST 4" lift, they use a diff drop spacer and the kits for the -2017 silverados use the same front end parts. From my understanding, the front ends between the two models are identical (or similar enough), so I see no reason why it shouldn't work
Installed a new winter tire setup, 33" Nokian Hakka LT3 with some replica trd wheels. I had to do the norcal mod since I'm stock height, but now I have about an inch of clearance at the closest point. Overall, I'm stoked with how it turned out
Hey all
Wondering if anyone has found or made a solution to mount chase lights up near the spoiler? Ideally without mounting them to a roof rack.
Seems like the easiest option would be Whelen D-pillar housings, but those seem to be discontinued. And there isn't much aftermarket support for...
