Oh, my gosh! So much miss information and speculation so fast.
The problem: GM notes that the connecting rod and/or crankshaft engine components in affected vehicles may have unspecified manufacturing defects.
The hazards: affected engines with manufacturing defects in the connecting rods or...
Read the wagoner forums, the vehicle is horrible, and will leave you stranded, which would be worse in a country with no dealer net work. Stick with GM
Totally different direction here.. have you looked for critter damage or droppings? My old truck had spot the critters loved, when it got hot the droppings would “roast” for lack of a better word. Pressure wash and sone steel wool was all it took for them to move out.
@KidHauler I have installed the bar upside down on my old truck and promptly snapped the end links. Super easy to do!
Helwig sway bar adjustment does not fix level it has to be done equally and addresses firmness NOT level.
Coming from a Navigator to a High Country, I find the Chevy suspension to be superior. The Navigator bounces all over corners even after Helwig Sway bars and does not have a smooth ride. Not to mention the transmission issues that plague the brand. Seats are better in the Navigator and a few...
It’s a easy issue but you won’t like the answer..
1) have onstar send a reset
2) restart (hold hangup button down 15-20 seconds, toll informant goes dark)
Still not working?
3) reset entire informant (there are a bunch if choices but you have to do the radical wipe)
Should now be fixed but you...

Honestly, I’m not sure, but it was bought in GA and you will do better in GA, so I’d start in GA
Can automakers use state variances against consumers attempting unified litigation? Yes unfortunately a common denial tactic.
If defect periods differ across states, which takes precedence for...
@Newstar4 you are in a mess, GA lemon law is different than FL.
GA is actually more aggressive, but so are the requirements on you as a consumer, you are also coved under federal law.
My guess is this a GA claim, but there are technical issues.
You need a lemon law specific attorney (don’t...
Your not going to get a lemon law claim through, as your out of bumper to bumper warranty, sorry but it’s a dead no win topic.
BTW - The reason the camera goes black is a bad door switch
What state is the vehicle purchased in? Registered in what state? Did you buy the vehicle new? Have you called into the manufacture support line? Do you have a case #?
Your using different vocabulary - buyback is different then lemon law, as are the calculations. You are being made whole, less cost of mileage prior to your first failure - any manufacturer want you to stay in the brand. Tell manufacturer rep., what you’d like to stay in the brand, then let...
$44 rental car can be anything you want, you just need to talk to the rental car manager. Just because it’s a particular value doesn’t mean you get that car or class.
