Thanks, my limit from the owners manual is 8,200 with the 3.42 Axle, what has me confused is the 10,000 limit on the receiver - trying to figure out if the V-5 receiver was an additional option or an aftermarket modification? -

Hello, We just purchased a used 2016 SLE with the Max Trailering Package (NHT) and a GM V-5 10,000lb receiver. I can’t find a 10K towing option in the literature and just wondering if this is an aftermarket modification. Thanks for any info
