From what people here have said in the past there's no way to disable it.
Some of those features I like but they should still make ways to disable them especially when there are situations that they can be buggy or cause more issues then good.
Not that young. Figured if I called a car with a frame normal I'd get flamed since there hasn't been many options for those in decades (yet i own two).
it's pretty rare for someone to be worried about jack points with a full frame so I thought I'd point that out since I'm guessing that might...
In other words since it's a vehicle with an actual frame jack points aren't as critical as a normal car or cross over. You should be able to jack it up and find room for the stand.
Sounds like it's a prigrammimg thing to get the rear window switches working.
For the powered seat there's a good chance the wiring isn't there. Police vehicles usually have unique wiring harnesses that don't include options they didn't have.
The other problem is whats inside that the actuator is controlling? With no provision for the actuator on the awd one it might not have that either. You are probably better off to either swap the gears only like what was mentioned or get the proper part.
If you swap gears make sure they're set...
I had to get a replacement key from them before. They had me send them a pencil rubbing of the lock design and they figured it out from that and sold me the new key directly. So they should be able to do the same thing for damaged nuts.
For the cost of new set it might be quicker to just change...
You have to press and hold the button the whole time the seat is moving. That and the way it saves is completely different then any other memory seat setup I've used before including other GMs and I'm always having problems with it.
The areas you'd need to cut out land right where it sees the most use and is most vidible.. like right in the foot area of the second row seat and cargo area in the back.
No major issues with 2017. It comes down to drivetrain differences between years. Watch for year to year issues with that, otherwise watch for the normal stuff- that everything works, how it drives etc.
We got an extended warranty when we bought our 2017 in case any major issues popped up which...
I think i saw a YouTube video where someone drilled the running board hinges to add grease fittings to them.
That might not make a difference because while doing that might help lube it better then just oiling the pivot points like normal grease holds dirt. The answer might be to drill the holes...
The hemi lifter failure is due to bad needle bearings in the lifter. It has nothing to do with MDS as even the cylinders and engines without it can have had the problem. They came out with the ones with bigger bearings to correct it.
It does seem odd that roller lifters have been around for...
The backside in the wheel well is a separate piece of metal. There's no way of easily getting to the back of the outer panel but you might be able to get behind it taking off the panels inside the cargo area to at least get some oil in there to slow it down.
Adding fender flares is a northern...
When we got ours the boards were out and not moving. Replaced the motor assemblies on both and they're good again.
Yes the plugs were the hardest part. Leave it to GM to face the release tabs up with no slack in the wires to get to them. Then use those stupid lock tabs that are impossible to...
It's normal to hit temps like that here and have never had to do that.
But whatatever works cause you don't want to be messing with stuff when it's that cold.
I usually go with 20% but it doesn't look that good if you have a light color interior.
I have a couple that are 5% and if there's no lights around you can't see a thing at night.
Saying you need to replace the front end both sides is as vague as you can get. What parts you need to replace depends on what's worn out. If you're trying to save money there's no point in replacing stuff that's not needed.
You get what you pay for. A quick look at rock auto and GM and ac delco...
Sorry got the names mixed up with who posted what.
Mines also a 99. I can't tell from the pics if yours is a different latch all together or if that part that looks different rotates and is in the wrong spot. Do you have the black bracket to the left that the locating pin goes into?
