    Pull #1 plug wire and verify that you are actually getting spark at the plug wire when you're turning the engine over, if you have spark then i'd say you're probably 180 out.     Off the top of my head I can't remember, but .060 sounds correct. Just check your Fuel Emissions sticker on your fan shroud. It'll show spark plug gap.
