Thanks! They will be on '14 Silverado split 5 spoke rims which I thought were around 9" wide. So basically either way it requires a little trimming.
What lift do you have?
Looking to do either the Supreme Suspensions leveling kit or Rough Country leveling kit which gets 2-3" lift.
Wondering if 305/65R18 BFG AT KO2 tires would fit?
I'm leaning towards the 285's but not sure if there's a benefit over being 0.6" taller or 0.4" wider between the two. Just wondering anyone else's thoughts or what others are running
Nice. How far out in front of you can you see now with the light bar compared to just high beams?
That's good to hear as I'd be doing it in my driveway as well. So it's lifted too much in the back stiffening up the springs and stretching the shocks is what you're saying?
I had BFG A/T 285/75R16's on my 97 Tahoe so I was used to the slight if any power difference.
I had gotten great traction from them in the past and I know the KO2 is even better design. How is the tread wear on yours? I got about 85,000 miles on my KO's before they were done. I've read a few...
That's an interesting point, I didn't think of that. The 285/75R16 that Rough Country says will fit is about the same weight as these two. So my guess is that it's not much of an issue.
What light bar is that? Do you have a link? How do you like the light output from it?
How did the leveling kit go in? Was it much of a pain?
How does it ride with the leveling kit and bilsteins? I was looking at getting the rough country leveling kit but wanted better shocks than they offered...
I'm looking at buying 4 new BF Goodrich All Terrain KO2 tires but not sure what size to go with. I'm putting them on '14 Silverado split 5 spoke wheels which are 18" rims. I will also be doing the Rough Country leveling kit (the one that includes extended shocks) on my 06 Tahoe Z71. The rough...
Thanks! I was thinking of going that route but wasn't sure about poking through the grommet. Do you get any leaks through there? I'll go that way but just didn't know if I need to seal it up at all
I also have these and have had them installed for the past 3 months or so and no issues. Work great. I'd definitely recommend them as they were highly recommended to me when I was looking.
Does anyone know if there's anything behind the top center pocket between the two power plugs on the center console? Or point me in the direction of how to remove the center console? I was looking to mount the CB there. It will fit in the pocket but just a matter of depth I have to find out.
Any one know where I can buy these Silverado wheels for a good price? I've checked craigslist and there's only a few for sale in my area and they all want to sell relatively new but used tires on the wheels together. I just want the wheels and I'll buy BFG AT KO2's later. I see there around...
