    I had the auto-ride compressor replaced on my 2011 Tahoe LTZ. The part was replaced under my extended warranty (Major Guard) after it failed around 105k miles. Apparently it would hold the air, but wasn't sending to where it needed to go. The ride is much better now.

    I finally got around to repairing the exterior front door handle. I replaced it with another Dorman part purchased on Amazon. I managed to take the door panel off and put it back on without breaking any clips, so I consider it to be a success. I used the 1AAuto video on YouTube at for reference.

    13 LTZ needs new tires

    Dan, Did you experience any greater rolling resistance with the KO2s due to their additional weight? I had the KO2s on a Nissan Xterra. While the tires were awesome and had barely any wear after 15k miles, I could feel the weight difference. However, the Xterra is a smaller, less powerful truck.

    Thanks to an ice/sleet/rain storm over Indianapolis, I now have a busted door handle. I'm going to Florida for the next four days, so I guess I'll worry about it upon my return. Otherwise, I'm again impressed with how well the Tahoe handles in really crappy road conditions.
