    HELP!!! Jensen VM9410 no audio coming out

    just installed an aftermarket jensensen VM9410 which has dvd player option and it has a screen ... well the stereo has no sound... no sound at all!!! it does read the cds but no sound coming out... i have a 1999 yukon denali... original stereo does work!!!
