I fixed mine to not beep....been awhile, but think I cut and spliced the wires together....remember whatever I did, that it was easy. I always wear my seatbelt on the road, but in and out of the truck in the fields, it was driving me nuts.....had to do something. Good Luck with it.
I ruined the upper control arm and had to replace. It's the one I used the pickle fork on. I replaced the lower ball joint because it was sloppy. That was fun. Body still hurting from all that crap....now I gotta go get alignment after I find a place.
I got it done with the bottom spacer bar. But I had to replace a control arm becuz I messed up a ball joint with the pickle fork that I was warned about....so lots of extra work and $$$ for the control arm. I need to listen better...haha
I did mine like that. Got a cold air kit off ebay and cut it up to fit the stock ac....took a little creativity, but got it working and it does a good job. You can do it and save a bunch of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. good luck
I got that cam in my Tahoe. Wish I would have gotten a higher stall torque converter becuz the truck will lunge at times at idle....I like the way it runs, however....I generally just put it in neutral at a stoplight.....
Can't you just hook up the refrigerant, open the valve and let run into the low side....the pressure comes up, the compressor comes on (if you have engine running and AC turned on)...the compressor goes off when it sucks the press. down, then comes back on when pressure comes back...
