    Truck has always run great. Got gas at Costco yesterday and as soon as I started it and got to the first stop sign, I could tell it was misfiring on some cylinders.....you could feel the twitch at idle. Runs ok normal driving. Took a look lunch break at work with the Tech 2.....live graph...

    So I just installed the recirc actuator. That was a pain in the wrist…..my left arm feels like it went hands on with an angry feral cat. Did it through the glove box. Funny thing it still steps when it goes to recirc ?

    Funny because I just ordered one and need to put it in this weekend. Not as cold as before. Funny thing is I moved it open and closed with the T2 and it was showing a step function as it moved (I was using the graph function) it looked like a staircase.... then I watched it physically move...

    Could be all those ideas but you will need scanner of some sort to log data. If it were me I would watch the O2 sensors switching and then see if either or both banks react to the problem happening. That way you can rule out one side or common sensor.

    I would heat the balancer where it contacts the crank, but only the balancer, then cool the center (crank) with upside down duster (cold liquid) then hit it with the impact gun.

    So you are saying that the front blower does not work at all, but when driving you maybe get a little tiny air.....probably fresh air mode forcing air in at higher speeds. If so, check the fuses, connection at motor, bang on the motor while it is commanded on....

    Could be brake controller wiring, need to follow it or put a meter on it and see what does what if you hit the brakes, etc.

    After re-reading this it sounds almost like the rear inboard pad may be so worn that the caliper piston may have popped out. Is it leaking anything in the rear, either side? Internet diagnosis from vague descriptions can be challenging.

    Your pads are so worn that the fluid level is now low in the master because the caliper pistons have to push out further, that is why the light was on.     Brake pedal no longer shuts off engine when using factory remote start

    I just checked my 2013 Tahoe 4x4 and it does NOT shut off with the brake pedal, I also tried with the door open. My aftermarket alarm in my old tahoe did have that feature.

    If you have a tune with no torque management and or tow or punch it form a light, it should last at least .0023 seconds. Dive like a baby maybe a few months. Its not that bad of a job, do it once (Hummer) and be done.

    Cooling fans constantly on

    If you start it up in the morning when the engine is 70 degrees are the fans on? If they come on at operating temps, maybe the tune was changed. Need to see if they are being commanded on and the ECT sensor reading.

    If your expansion valve is stuck closed then they will be ambient. Try smacking it around a little without damaging anything.
