Upgrades!
I did those same lights and HID's. I found the beam pattern looked like crap too. I posted pics on here and someone else mentioned using a spacer. What did you use for a spacer and how big? The other guy mentioned 5/8". I was worried about sealing off the bulb and spacer from moisture...- mrcajunjoker

I want this!!!!!
Wish my Tahoe had that.... actually a buddy of mine has a H2 SUT that has 1 button, above the windshield that is factory, that will roll all his windows up or down, doors and back glass.... My alarm will do it like the other guy said, with modules and add-ons... but mine is an 08.- mrcajunjoker

Oh, I dunno really... I'm a computer guy by trade... so I don't know if I'm up to it or not. I did consider today checking into a really nice halogen bulb instead of the HID's since the headlights are not HID ready, so to speak. I called PIAA for options. About aggravated with these HID Projectors...
What about the idea of using a H3 HID kit instead of the H1 kit that they shipped with the headlights? If I understand correctly, the H3 bulb is about a 1/2 inch smaller than the H1... But what about the light output? About the same?- mrcajunjoker

anyone have these taillights installed
I have a similar led taillight on my Tahoe... what I would really like to see is a sequential blink for blinkers like the 2011 Mustangs since there is 3 columns of LED's :-)- mrcajunjoker

New Esky-like Projector Headlights
Hey Williajj and Pace, Do y'all have pics of what the lights look like on a wall or from the driver's seat? I bought lights for my Tahoe and I'm having major trouble with the light output... I understand that you have to pull the bulb out of the housing to get light out of it? I'm wondering...- mrcajunjoker

Really.... I must have missed the warning. I did just go to the Spyder Auto site and see that: "These projector headlights are not compatible with factory Xenon H.I.D. system, it comes with its own standard Halogen light bulbs for installation." Funny that the retail sites don't post that info...- mrcajunjoker

Yeah, the second picture is actually the stock halogen in the driver's side and HID in the passenger. The headlight housing does have the cutoff inside, so I guess they're HID ready? Maybe just the optics like you said.... These are the lights...- mrcajunjoker
