    Does replacing the ignition switch always solve the security issue? i ask because i just replaced a spider, and now i have the same crank, sputter, and no start issue.

    I did, but thinking about it maybe not high enough, i think with the flakes i am seeing in the filter i think i would feel better giving it a good once over to be sure

    if it is cam bearings that sucks, i am pretty sure it is not the o-ring, i added a couple extra quarts of oil to raise the level above the o-ring, and the symptoms didn't change. Either way i think the best bet right now is to pull it and inspect everything.

    Welp after changing the oil sensor, testing the pressure with a mechanical gauge, and changing the oil. Still having issues, mostly after the engine warms up. Next steps are to change the oil pump and o-ring, and going from there. hope i don't have to pull the motor again :(.

    Quick update, i took the ol girl in to get the tuning done, while there oil pressure started to drop off, so that is where i am at currently. Tuner thinks it is a sensor issue, but i will be working through what i can to figure that out. Also while tuning the cam sensor was also working...

    Alright, i am back at it. Replace power steering hose, install Drivers manifold and plug wires AC Comp installed, and belts routed. Starter and drivers side Manifold going in hopefully tonight. Then i will be starting to reassemble the front end. I still have to get my injectors cleaned...

    yeah it was fine that old cast iron is tough, i had to pour the heat to it though. it was about 300 deg when it popped off LOL.
