    So I successfully rebuilt a lq4 6.0.. New rings, BTR stage 3 truck cam,and remanufactured 243 heads.. I went with a mail order tune from Michigan motorsports, and im impressed with the power gains.. This yukon would probably eat an 80s corvette.. Now unfortunately my 220,000 4l60e is slipping...

    Richard holdner claims almost 500 crank with my set up and 400 wheel.. I would expect more like 400 crank, but i dont know..lol

    Ebay remanufactured heads

    243/799 heads are going for $400 a set on ebay. I found these for $640 shipped from bishop engine.. I was kinda hesitant being its ebay, but i figured no broken studs to deal with, no grease, and they are milled .010. I had to debur the edges slightly tho. They definitely should package them...

    On my journey to reach 400 HP, i realized it would be difficult without boost or major internal work. The 285 HP LM7 really came alive above 3000 RPM with the BTR stage 3 cam, but cam swaps alone just dont add 100+ HP. So i decided to go 6.0. Im getting to old to be ripping engines out at 42...

    Im looking at making my cammed lm7 breathe better, but my brain hurts trying to understand cylinder head politics.. Can some one please explain, why i can run 5.7 243 heads on an lm7 hassle free..or machine my 862s to fit a 2 inch intake valve.. Yet, according to summit..these heads pictured...
