    I have a 2 door Tahoe with a 6" RCX lift on it. Im running 5" blocks in the rear with the stock leaf springs. My springs are tired.     Repeating fuel pump failure

    Have you checked the voltage at the pump? An under powered pump will not last long. Check the output voltage at the relay. Check it at the rear near the tank as well.

    Why did you choose to use the 454SS steering box? I think its a quick ratio box. Maybe going to a stock type unit for your truck would help reduce the steering response a bit??

    Remanufactured Jasper NP241 or let local shop rebuild?

    I picked up a used 241 from a junkyard last summer for $125. I replaced all the seals and bearings in it for another #150 or so and it was back in my truck in about 2 hours. They are extremely easy to rebuild. There isnt much inside them
