Bringing this thread back from the dead because I am very interested in this rear CV shaft you guys speak of. I have a 98 Tahoe with a RCX lift kit. Im using 5" lift blocks in the rear with a small shim. Not sure of the angle. Front is cranked so the truck sits level. I have the NP241 TC. I dont...
I have a 2 door Tahoe with a 6" RCX lift on it. Im running 5" blocks in the rear with the stock leaf springs. My springs are tired. Id like to replace them and eliminate the block and go with a new spring that offers some extra lift and possibly do the shackle flip. Just not sure about how well...
Have you checked the voltage at the pump? An under powered pump will not last long. Check the output voltage at the relay. Check it at the rear near the tank as well.
Couple more things Id like to add.
check the heater core and the box and look for debris buildup on the core. There are youtube videos on how to clean it out.
Check the condenser for debris. Clean with pressurized water and a cleaning solution
also check the high and low pressure (PSI) of...

Awesome thread. Hows has the truck been running for you?
Id like to do this same swap in my 98 2 door. I think my biggest area of confusion will be the wiring. What did you do and use for the wiring change over?
Do you have a lost of parts with part numbers for all fuel fittings and sensor...
