    Water pump gasket question,

    The pump I just put in came with both styles of gaskets. Since my Tahoe had the plate with orange rings, that's what I ended up putting back in. I took the opportunity to replace all hoses, both belts, and all those stupid GM hose clamps with standard hose clamps. Good luck ...
