I didnt take my wheel off. I replaced my tensioner from underneath the truck. Had to remove the belly plastic that was held on with 5 15mm bolts. Was able to reach everything from there.
I have literally searched this all day and could not find an exact match....
I have a chatter sound near the compressor. With the ac off it is very low, when I kick the ac on high it gets louder. If the truck is warm this sound pretty much goes almost completely away even when the ac is on...
I recently bought these:

Installed them, tight fit. But the alignment is horrible. It seems as if I cannot adjust it anymore and one light sits higher. If I keep adjusting then the light gets loose...
Check plugs. Sounds like maybe dirty fuel or fouled plugs. You can try leaving it in park and going WOT to see if it will burn the gunk off your plugs. Assuming it could be bad plugs.
The boss rims are a perfect fit with with the Black and Tan theme. You'd have to make a few subtle changes with the escalade rims. On the other hand the 22"s are one of my favorite wheel sets. Just my opinion.
o Start with plugs, cheap and easy install.
o You can do an alignment at home with a few basic tools. It wont be computer perfect but if you are running thru tires because of this, it will help.
Disconnect your negative terminal for about 30 seconds. Check your starter and ignition fuse. You shouldn't have an issue with the security system as plenty of us have installed amps and subs, and disconnected the battery. Ensure your terminals are tight. Just trying not to skip the simple stuff.
Had something similar. End up being the wear bar on the brake pads. Just throwing it out there before you assume worse. It wouldn't make any sounds sitting still.
