Transmission was confused, service stabilitrak, and blind spot fault?

Turns out I threw a code. It was masked by my cat codes which I haven’t done anything with since I don’t have emissions… P0700 and P182E. Haven’t had an issue since the incident but I cleared them

Transmission was confused, service stabilitrak, and blind spot fault?

Ha, I drove 4,000 miles in June and generally average 2-3k a month. I hope me not driving enough is not an issue

Transmission was confused, service stabilitrak, and blind spot fault?

Might have to do this. Battery is only 1.5 years old but partially wouldn't be surprised if it ended up being a battery issue. Haven't had any other issues electrically, though... It would make sense given I ran my car for about 3-4 minutes and maybe the battery charged enough to fix the...

Transmission was confused, service stabilitrak, and blind spot fault?

Had an interesting morning. Started up the Yukon and it kept unlocking itself multiple times. Looked down and got a service stabilitrak and traction control. Blindspot warning was broken. There was no underline underneath what gear I was in… I could still shift from P to R or D but the initial...

    Torque converter starting to quit?

I'll start with I don't know squat about torque converters and transmissions, but here's the scenario. I parked it for probably 10 days while on vacation and then came back, started it up, drove 300 miles on a road trip for work, no issues. Next day, about 50F going up a slight incline at about...

    Proper jack

Sounds like he looked in the right place. I'm just dense at times and got some from a junk yard and didn't want somebody else to go through undue pain LOL

    rock chip on windshield

So I just got my windshield replaced on my 2013 through Safelite. I don't have any technology in my windshield, but it's also a vehicle with 226k miles on it so I opted for the easier aftermarket replacement. My deductible was $100 but safelite said the total was $230 and insurance covered $130...

    Proper jack

Where did you look for the jack? I thought there was none in mine as well at first... it's hidden underneath the driver side rear cupholder/tray in the very back. I had no idea it was back there but I opened it and a jack + kit for lugs + dropping the spare was there lol

SOLVED - Questionable noise when cold and under load

Turns out it was an exhaust leak. New driver side manifold gasket did the trick. Thanks ya'll

    Oil pressure issue

I was thinking about this, isn't there a relief spring in all of the oil pumps that will relieve pressure over a certain value (depending upon what spring you have)? I would think that there is a limit that it might stop at 85psi or so instead of climbing indefinitely. I am especially curious...

    Oil pressure issue

I would say that's pretty normal. Nothing big to worry about imo. I used to get 15psi hot idle, 28-32 cruising, and 45 cold start. After a new melling HV pump and DOD delete I get 60-70 psi cold start and higher when cold cruise, 25psi hot, and 42-45 cruising. I have 225k and some change right...

Will a DOD delete fix a lifter tick?

Let’s just say I found the source of my tick… LOL

    High mileage 6.2

whats your oil pressure at cold start, cruising at 70ish mph, and hot idle? I bought my yukon with a 6.2 with 198k on the clock. It has needed a good amount of work but honestly has been reliable (knock on wood). I have driven it 27k miles since February 2025. lots of good stuff on the forum...

Is there a way to tighten the mirror glass to stop vibration?

yeah planning to snag one at a part picking place some time. i just have the bose audio so I need to find another gmt900 with the bose, and there's not a lot of gmt900s at junkyards around me I would love a new speaker setup but not worth it imo for this rig. she'll probably be done in 2 years...
