What did you do to your OBS GMT400 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Tire is def in good condition I will say that. Price was all in left the old tire, balanced and mounted. I hadn’t bought a used tire in 4-5 years so it was sticker shock, with the taxes it came out 77 and some change.

What did you do to your OBS GMT400 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

What changed that you now need to use a parking brake?

    K&N Oil Seperator (Catch Can)

Thinking about one of these myself, but wonder what happens if my aloof ass doesn’t check it frequently enough and the can gets full.

Insurance/warranty it’s not much difference between em and don’t think one is better than the other. Both aim to collect as much as possible and payout as little as possible. You could probobly negotiate a lower sales price on a new vehicle if you waived your “included” 3yr whatever warranty...

What did you do to your 2015-2020 K2XX Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Left the garage queen in the driveway last night and when I went to move it this morning I got the attempted theft message

OR VietVet Is Still Throwing $$$ at 2005 Z71

How difficult is it to maintain a 2nd battery that’s not being cycled by the alternator? Do they need to be replaced less, or more often than the primary battery.

UPDATE******Transmission flush at 107K, transmission shudder at 111K♂️‍♂️‍♂️

Yup GM recommends it at 100k and I’ve found several GM dealers who will tell you they won’t touch it at that mileage. People will also tell you it’s ancient thinking being worried that changing the fluid will cause issues. Was it a flush or just a change of fluid? The flushes seem to be what you...

    I did no such thing.

Big upgrade, just got a real AI (Gemini)

With all the historical information available the last thing we need is forAi to start ‘reasoning’. Perhaps the should have named it artificial smartness. I’m not going to argue semantics of smart and intelligent.

    2012 TAHOE HYBRID CODES P0AC4, U186A, U186B

They only work on 2017’s and up? That dealer must have a wonderful clientele. Information would ha e been more useful before you left it with them 10 days. Sounds like they did nothing at all.

Ai is definitely smarter than most people. It’s artificial and draws its intelligence of our cumulative knowledge.

Black Paint - Ceramic Coat and Washing (does it look good?)

Automated and self washes are vastly different. The self washes I go to are pressure wash and foam cannon equipped. The only scratch risk is being careless with the pressure washer hose due to the way it hangs. I keep a bullseye blower in the trunk for drying. Ceramic coating makes it fast and easy.

How many miles is too many for used?

Need some of current mileage for context. Are you saying you’ve beaten 300k in K2? ETA - I’ve personally observed 2 900’s (Tahoe 5.3 and Eaky 6.2) that went over 200k with AFM in tact. Both are still running to my knowledge but the Tahoe lost the transmission at 265k
