I can't comment on the Bilstein, but I went with a Readylift 2.25"/ 1.5" leveling kit and 295/65/18 Duratracs. I had to trim the front lower valance and I was able to adjust the plastic valance behind the sidebars as it was very close (thinking of removing them all together).
