Just had the dealer measure the bearing and was found to be in spec, 12,500 miles and June Build.
A friend walked in while I was at dealer with his 2026 3.0 and the engine had just failed at 5K, miles. There was no ETA for a new engine.
I have been experiencing this symptom, I though it was the transmission. As stated, occurs during downshifts at highway speeds from 10th gear to 9 or 8 after extended highway driving, does not occur all the time, but for me seems to happen most often when the car is at operating temps.
Just providing data, for what's its worth. Is the wear related? I have no idea, could be break in too, but this is oil change #2 and would have hoped the wear would not be a flagged item.
Just past 6600 miles on '25 AT4, June '25 build date. Attached oil analysis from my 4880 mile oil change that had 3,868 miles on the oil, with one towing trip. Had my first oil change at roughly 1200 miles.
Silicon is high, which for the break-in period is not a concern yet.

Have a question for other '25 AT4 3.0 owners with a block heater. Does your cover have a clip or other way to open the port?
On mine it looks like I need to use a screwdriver to pry it open and maybe break something..picture attached.
Has the dealer made any mention about the PPE pan? I am planning on installing one in a couple of weeks but having 2nd thoughts due to warranty on my ‘25 3.0. My local dealer was not keen on the Nexgen valve body when I asked if they would install one for me…
BTW, is there any logic to the 3.0...
