    Buyer Beware - Don't Buy a Yukon

    Good luck with customer care. I wrote the Pres of N America a 2 page letter and 4 additional pages of logs for dealer and customer care interactions. Their executive team didn't care since the truck was fixed and closed the case 2x without my approval. Bottom line, for me, GM doesn't care.

    Yes it can be repaired as I'm a member of the failed lifter club too. We were fortunate we were able to make it home (150 miles) and didn't get stranded. However, I addressed these lifter issue all the way to the North American executive (Lack of) customer care team and they didn't care...

    What did you do to your 21+ T1XX today?

    Traveled the back country gravel and dirt roads in NE Ohio the last few days. We took pictures of covered bridge and paying respects to a few Congressional Medal of Honor recipients buried in E/NE Ohio. Many of the roads were gravel and very dusty so I had a spa day inside and out.

    I will never upgrade the maps on my '21. If I can't use Waze/Google Maps. I have Sygic (https://www.sygic.com/) installed on my phone and tablet.

    How quickly did you switch out the OEM tires?

    I will run them until they need replaced. Knowing that they won't last too long. I currently have 26.6K on mine.

    I did nothing but Android Auto updated to 9.0.630834. Moved the icons to the left side and there's some connectivity issues as it doesn't always find my fone now.

    Correct. USAF 1986 - 2006. Retired and working on the next one.
