Thanks for info and pics! Always looking to improve and maintain the best I can. Once I do the valve cover and catch can and can confirm I'm not loosing large amounts of oil I'll proceed with cleaning intake, knock sensors, and look into the hushmat. Thanks again!- RobertJM

Thanks very much for the info!!! One last question Just wondering what the reasoning would be for changing the knock sensor or sensors? Mileage or possibly affected from burning the oil? Good idea to change if removing intake to clean?- RobertJM

New to site and looking for advice on a issue I just noticed with my Tahoe. I have a 2008 Tahoe 5.3 flex fuel with 73k miles. I just bought the vehicle this winter and did a service on it.
