2026 Tahoe High Country Fuel Requirements
I have a 2023 GMC PU with a 6.2. I have ran regular gas since I bought it new. No problems and it runs as good as with premium. I ran 4 different grades of gas form 86 octane to 93 octane, with a scan tool to check the total spark advance under full throttle. It made no difference. I only got 20...- Rbock8

I've got 500 miles on the Next Gen kit and everything is good. The up shifts and the down shifts are all better than before, and I thought they were fine to start with. I did put the aluminum pan on so I could change the transmission fluid. I did mine at 17000 miles and the fluid was still red...- Rbock8

6.2 Engine Replacement
6.2 L did not get AFM in the half ton pu till 2014. I owned a 2013 Denali 2 wheel drive i bought new and no AFM.- Rbock8

Project Carbon Next Gen 10 Speed Valve Body Kit - Finally Installed!
I finally got my nextgen kit installed. The kit I bought did not have the 6 shift valves. My valve body had 5 balls on one side and 3 balls on the other side. and 2 in the aux. valve body, just like jfoj's. I had exactly the same parts left over as jfoj's did. Well, I got started on the Nextgen kit in my 2023 6.2 Denali pu. I'm retired, so I just worked about half a day on Sat and Sun. The exhaust is a pain in the ass. Project Carbon Next Gen 10 Speed Valve Body Kit - Finally Installed!
I have a Nextgen kit ordered for a 10l80 in a 23 Denali with 16,000 miles. The kit doesn't have the 6 shift valves. There is no problem with the transmission now, but I haven't heard of anyone doing all of this and leaving out the shift valves. Would this be ok? Not a race truck, just didn't...- Rbock8
