I went with a 35x11.50 and it fits without spacers. I went with 11.50 due to the specific tire I wanted having such aggressive lugs, I was afraid that would cause problems hitting the control arm. I did remove the L shaped bracket and cut some of the plastic around the corner of the wheel well...
Just mounted new Escalade V replicas (20x9) with Toyo Open Country R/T Pro 35x11.50/20.
They fit better than I thought they would. I did have to trim part of the fender liner and the area of the trim where the mudflap would go. Other than that no other clearance issues.
I just purchased and installed this intake earlier this week. I can honestly say that this intake is very well made for price and quality. The intake definitely has a nice I take growl between 1500-3000 rpm. It was very loud when I first installed it but got a tad quieter after I drove more...
No issues, sometimes at full lock on an uneven parking lot it will graze the fender liner but nothing that’s of concern.
Yes, I have LT275/65/20 (34” tire) on OEM wheels.
Unless something new has come up that I am not aware of, HP Tuners is the only way to tune a 21+ GM SUV. Hopefully in the near future companies can “crack the code” as I am like you wanting some extra performance and ability to adjust some things.
