Painted last weekend (was experimenting with paint + clear, ended up with very very strange color -> semi-gloss industrial gray blue/greenish shade in the shadows with high contrast). Prehistory. My right caliper was shut (or pipe was clogged) it caused super-heat in the right passenger side to the point it melted central plastic cap. Also it caused to pressure monitors shut off until it got cooled down. I fixed the issue. Changed caliper, central hub, everything on the...- PeteCT

About issues with brakes. So far - no brakes accidents, I think new hose+caliper did the work but I have a feeling that the truck is underperforming. I was thinking - oh that is breaks again, but no smoke or heat from brakes. Will test it on a highway today.- PeteCT

Was a tough day. Replaced front right brake line, switched to ACDelco bearing hub kit, then knuckle, then front brake caliper. Tomorrow will test brakes on the road again, hopefully no more brakes issues (last time it was a smoking hot show, to the point that central cap melted, luckily I had...- PeteCT

Wheel project: Black or color-match?
if you are okay them to look "painted", why not. they will look newer I guess. -
Bought some cheap 2din touchscreen and threw it in a garbage

Wheel project: Black or color-match?
Certain designs designed for specific colors. For example, my new rims would look suck if they would be black, or polished metal but the mix works just right. Wheels you got, have specific style and color serves them right. If you want another color I would change the wheels.
