I understand that and my knob is on the fully open setting. I did mention that i cannot push it up any higher from where it sits, which as i understand it, means the liftgate is as high as it can go. -

2017 RSE DVD player reads intermittently. replacment options?
I feel like i have googled this for hours and hours. super frustrated. We go into the mountains a ton so streaming stuff is often not an option. We bring DVD's for the kids, but the player itself is so intermittent. Some days all discs will work and other days only one will work. I can't...- Midwest
