Great work you did there Jd. Man, I'm about to let my 04 kon go (bought an 15 burb) and may can help you out with the headlights. Have a set of retrofitted Denali lights and trust me, you would LOVE that light output. Maybe 01Konvict is willing to answer any questions you may have about them...- Maic

Offset Question?
Think stock is around +33. I have +13 offset (stock height) and are about flush with the fender in the rear. +1 would come out by 1/2" and -12 would come out by 1" (this is based on my +13 offset what is about flush). Since you're lifted, you have a wide range of offset to play with. If you... -

FYI' There is room for the wire (w/o drilling anything). Is a little fussel to get the wire trough the sleeve, but well worth it.- Maic

Rubber tube is there, like shown in your pic. Had a quick look after work, noted that the door side can be pushed into the door, the frame/jam side feels solid. Going to see how to take it apart tomorrow. Maybe the OP has some info/findings to report.- Maic

Who's running 18x10 rims?
Hope to see some pics when you have them mounted in two moths. Like to see the -24 offset. With the tire so stretched, let's hope nobody is driving your truck and comes back with curb rush. I'm running +13 offset, but on 22's x 10. -
