Hi, thanks for the response. I am looking at the e-fan harnesses offered by @ScottyBoy
The materials from the GM Delco are a mix of plastic and aluminum. The radiator in the suburban is leaking in a few spots so I'm thinking all aluminum may be the way to go :headbang:
Hi guys,
I acquired a 2003 2500 Suburban (w/ 6.0, 2wd) and am refreshing the cooling system from the clutch fan to an e-fan conversion.
I haven't found a solution on mixing-matching the best radiator and e-fan combo you can buy new. So far i've seen the following:
Radiator:
1) Mishimoto: p/n...
I have a 2016 Yukon and replaced my battery with an Odyssey AGM (ODP-AGM94R H7L4).
Be advised, you'll have to remove the air intake box and coolant reservoir to install this battery.
I just did the same conversion (22" to 18" AT4). The ride has been phenominal, even with magnaride showcks which need to be replaced. Not cringing when going over potholes is worth the investment.
Bumping thread. I also want to get a better idea of what is involved in parts. So you need:
1) Driver molding: Part# 84293176
2) Passenger molding: Part# 84293177
3) Retaining clips? Part#? How many?
Thanks!
I've been looking into replacing the window trim on my Yukon for the chrome surround found on the Escalade. Has anyone attempted this before? Does anyone know part#'s? Do you also have to replace the mirror? Any input is appreciated.
