ID this Yukon front end / facelift? Want it on my Yukon
And most likely the core support. The big fender flares help to hide the fact that the fenders wheel well design doesn't match the rear. -

I forgot to post these pics of my home made "Kelderman" air tank/compressors mounting... Dual Viair 485C compressors and approximately 6 gallon tank. 07 tahoe rain sensor
The windshield designed for the rain sensor will have a open spot in the dot matrix area behind the rear view mirror and plastic clips for the sensor to lock into. When you get the windshield replaced tell them your truck has the rain sensor. They should reinstall the sensor with a new gel pad... -

My opinion... it is a feature the truck came with so it may as well work. I think it works fairly well 99% of the time. Once in a while they will activate when a drop of water rolls across the sensor while driving and the windshield isn't really wet enough to need wiping. An example is after a... -

07 tahoe rain sensor
The sensor doesn't get replaced but there is a gel like piece that goes between the sensor and glass that gets replaced. -

Wow, cool but seems like a lot to possibly go wrong, especially with aftermarket (Chinesium) retrofit parts. That's interesting for sure. Trying to figure out how it works. From the pics it looks like it just pivots in the center (obviously) but what controls the pivoting? Just the weight shifting? Seems like that would be very dependent on how level everything was installed and also how level the road...- kbuskill
