Power Lift gate problem.....Help
Hey folks! My 2008 Yukon's power lift gate latch stopped working suddenly. It will not latch when i manually close the door. Pressing the power close button while the gate is up will get the latch to make noise for a few secs but the gate won't move. Any idea whats going on? Basically two... -

2008 Yukon rear door electronic lock actuator makes noise but won't lock
Trying to close the lift gate manually, it won't lock, so the door is now always open. Press the button and the door won't come down, it just makes noise but nothing happens. Any idea whats going on and how to fix it?
