Illuminated Grille Emblem and Puddle Light Install Step by Step
I would recommend you coat the plug connections with dielectric grease to prevent water intrusion. There is a TSB on the preinstalled illuminated grill emblem and when they get water in them the headlight quits working. The fix is to unplug the illuminated grill emblem... -

Here in Texas it's been 100+ degrees. I left it parked in the sun for a couple hours first. Then taped around the edges. It has adhesive and clips which we're kind of a pain to get off. I used a body clip pry tool. Just have to work slow and keep a heat gun handy. Here are some pics of them... -
