    I would smell the dip stick just to make sure you don't have fuel in the oil. If it checks out then remove some oil.

    So today I tried the truck, it started hard but kept running this time. So I decided to check my work. This time with the key on 45psi instead of 40psi and 55 psi at Idle. Still going the replaced the pump, for peace of mind. Thank Fless, I can confirm those are good numbers.

    Check your connections and cables. Have the battery tested. You can use jumper cables as a extra ground for testing.
