    I'm no expert, so I dont know if it would. You should be able to see it though, have someone else power brake while you watch. My friend had the exact same noise, and it was the drivers side motor mount. Sounded exactly like yours.

    Mine is welded, I checked when I was there. I drove it home on the freeway, it's really quiet at higher speeds, nice and throaty when you kick it down a gear. I'm really happy with it, glad OP made this post. I ordered an airade MIT, hopefully blackbear makes it to Vegas next month.

    Thanks, thats exactly what I ended up doing. It all went pretty smooth, It's a new to me rig and I was fully expecting a fuse block on the firewall and panicked when I saw it at the terminal.
