Oddly enough your manifold bolt suggestion has possibly yielded something. When I did the plugs, wires, coil-packs I must have had blinders on see pics for what was found.

Honestly not sure, Got them at Tires Plus many years ago with a tire change. The previous owner had 22" rims with low pro tires. Not conducive for me due to driving in the deserts of Las Vegas area up mountains to Hangliding Launches.
