I replaced the alternator last year on the 2001 for the first time, at 260k miles

Help!!! Broken heater hose on firewall

Yup, removal like Joseph Garcia said above. Push in a bit, squeeze tabs and turn left/right while pulling out. For the price of the Gruven parts you can replace with OE parts a few times every couple years. Their billet "Ts" are nice, but I don't like the use of silicone hose and worm drive...

Do you have an external OE trans cooler in front of the radiator already or just the one in the side of the radiator?

    New battery installation warnings

A Viofo dual camera system. Think it's the model 129A, can't remember exactly I've had it a few years now. I have a newer Viofo model 139 3 camera model in the Acadia. Both models have a power supply that has a low voltage cutoff selector switch that kills power to the camera if the vehicle...

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Are there certain years that are more likely to have the charcoal cannister leaking pellets problem, or the entire GMT900 generation?

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Installed a Hopkins Towing dual connector 7 blade/4 pin. Picked it up at Walmart for $15 (on clearance) and is a direct fit for GM vehicles. Took about 5 minutes.

    Engine PCV hose replacement

I missed the "passenger side" part of the post, lol That one is easier, it's in the front of the engine and easy to disconnect in the same fashion as I stated above, with the little tab you pull out when pulling it off the pipe

    Engine PCV hose replacement

On mine, Don't just pull the hose out of the intake, it turns 1/4 clockwise then pulls out, so the valve cover side gets disconnected first. To disconnect the valve cover side there is a small tab in the plastic that you lift/pull out and hold while lifting the hose off the pcv port. You'll...

Just replaced the passenger fog light bulb. While I was doing that I also decided to check/drain the catch can.

What is this wire on the passenger side tail light?

I bet it's from the Best Buy camera install

What is this wire on the passenger side tail light?

I didn't have a wire like that on mine, just the main harness coming up from below the bumper that's wrapped with wire loom. What year? How long have you had it? Maybe for some dealer installed option or from a previous owner?

    TPMS Sensors

A good TPMS tool/programmer can tell you the frequency and battery levels. Probably best to just take it to a tire shop and ask them if they can get you that info with their programmer/tool. As far as disabling it, it's not easily done because it's a NHTSA item. That being said, a BT...
