My wife finally decided on which wheels she wanted, she found a lot she likes but most only came in 24" and we wanted to keep it 22". Anyway, went with gloss black GM ck162 and I put on 285/45/22 Michelin ltx tires. Rides great!- Gmtech117

Yes, I had the tint shop apply black vinyl on the bow ties. You could buy a small sheet of vinyl and do it yourself, pretty easy to tuck it in around the emblem... Cheaper than spending over $100 for the black GM ones and same result.- Gmtech117

Onstar diagnostic says my LED license plate bulbs are out
The bcm thinks the bulbs are out because the LED bulbs you put in there don't draw what the stock bulbs do. -
2015 Tahoe HID's that work 100%?
I just selected the year/make/model on theretrofitsource.com and went from there. When you click on the h11 kit from that point you still have to add the capacitor link. -

I installed the morimoto kit from theretrofitsource. When you get the kit you have to also select the capacitor link as well. Just to see if it would work, I first tried installing the kit without it, but the lights flickered. Buy a high quality kit you'll be glad you did. -

Thanks guys... Yes we love the dark ass windows too lol. We owned the tahoe I'd say all of 12 hrs before I went and got the tint done, can't stand driving without it.- Gmtech117

New member here, just bought my wife a new 16 Tahoe lt. Loving it so far. Added 5% tint on front windows, 20% over the rears to match the front, black vinyl on the bow ties, and added a much needed hid kit (6500k morimoto kit) huge improvement over crappy stock lights. Next up is figuring out...- Gmtech117
