Engine Stuttering at ~1500 RPMs
Have you checked the throttle position sensor (TPS)? I did not experience all that you describe, but I did sense hesitation at low rpm's and a low engine output condition. Engine monitor clearly showed worn TPS potentiometer.- gfleck

Any engine failures at 60K+ miles?
My 2003 yukon xl denali has just 140k miles. engine stills purrs like a kitten. recently replaced the throttle body assembly due to worn spot on the throttle position sensor.- gfleck

sunroof bracket broken
mine broke a few years ago. dealer stated only fix was to replace entire assembly for nearly $1K. I chose to hold the air dam down when closing the moonroof. -
