Do you have access to a dyno for tuning, or are you running a wideband?

    Miss that won't go away

i bought mine in October last year. it was well maintained, however everything but plugs and wires was original. 170k miles on it now. i'm having my 'cheap' mechanic change my shocks out this week. the SES popped on again; i'll have him pull the code. assume it's P0175 again. if so...

    Miss that won't go away

I had planned to get over there this weekend to get the code read, but on the way to work Friday, the SES turned off, and it's been running 'like new' (better than it has since I bought it) since. I have time this afternoon if it's worth getting any stored codes pulled...

    Miss that won't go away

had the codes cleared, and later that day came up with P1345. decided to take it to the stealership and just get the ****** over with assuming they could set it straight. the distributor was off 22*, the rotor was arcing across the mounting screws, and the camshaft and crankshaft position...

Help! Misfire after Delphi MFI install

strange then. not that the amazon database is the be all end all, but i double checked the part number for the delphi unit and it's listed as not compatible. anyway, got 170k out of the original. if i get 100k out of this, i'll call it good. runs better now than when i got it...i suppose...

Help! Misfire after Delphi MFI install

Replaced with a rebuilt stock unit, and it's good as new. So for those wondering, the Delphi unit listed for the Tahoe/Suburban is not compatible with the Yukon.

Help! Misfire after Delphi MFI install

cylinder 4 misfire. everything traced out fine, compression is great on all cylinders. it looks like the Delphi FJ10566 is not compatible with the Yukon (???). something about a computer mismatch. never heard of that. so i ordered a stock replacement spider (CP50103-8). we'll see if that...

Help! Misfire after Delphi MFI install

1999 Yukon Dropped the truck off this morning to have a new Delphi MFI unit installed to fix a misfire I've been chasing (replaced distributor, plugs, wires, fuel pump so far). He just called and said it's misfiring worse after the install and he's stumped. Anything obvious he may be...
