4500k was worse and really yellow. Sticking with the 5500k bulbs as i know i wont be fond of too blue of a hue. I think the DRL are closer to 6000k maybe even 6500k -

I just did the retrofit source hid kit on my 2015 yukon. i used the hd kit for 2014 sierra with capacitor link and it works great. When i installed it i just extended the battery cables with some 8 guage wire i had laying around and flip flopped the system layout so that all the connections... -

how does the 6k match the drl led? I'm looking to do this and hid to my slt and am really picky so i want it all to match as close as possible -

what kelvin temp is the drl on yukon?
hey guys first post here... i'm going to be ordering hid from retrofit source to put in our newly acquired 2015slt and wondering what temp matches the drl led? I've read all the posts good and bad on hid but nobody has really mentioned if the temp they ordered matched or not. I had good luck...
