    It’s the other way around. Cruse control won’t engage without the resistors, at least on my 04 Tahoe.

    I was looking to do the same thing with the console sub. I ended up with an Alpine hu, upgraded door speakers, kept Bose amp for those. Kept original sub but added a powered Alpine sub under the rear seat and couldn't be happier.

    It does a little. I just throw a towel over it when I put the seat down, which for me isn't often. The subwoofer actually holds the seat up more then the fire extinguisher does.

    You are right about this fix. I used it years ago and it solved the issue I had with X10. Now your going to ask what the capacitor spec was. I got nothing right now....

    looks like I may need to replace the drivers side window switch. Any advice on how to check the switch itself? The drivers window does not work with the switch, but the other windows do. The window does work when I lock the truck with the Viper alarm and will go down with the remote function so...
