Transfer case delete 4wd 05 tahoe
I just replaced my transfer case input shaft seal and output shaft seal, and I'm still leaking fluid. I just want to delete the transfer case completely. How would I go about doing that? Would I just need a transmission extension housing? I'm confused and pissed at the same time. I have a...- CTUBS8732

It is a funny thing to think about but it's an actual thing. My moms 02 tundra has it also my brother's 97 silverado has it as well. Cold nuts are better than hot saggy in the way nuts lol -

I was wondering if anyone has made the crotch vent mod on the 98-06's? I'm talking about the vent that's on the older years under the steering wheel. Nice ac vent to cool the jewels off. If anyone has, can you explain how you did it? It is super hot here SATX and a ball cooler would be... -

Compressor was fine. Oraphice tube was new as well. It was was the temperature Control Actuator behind the dash. It was stuck open for the heater core. -

Fixed my issue. Temperature Control Actuator. Sits right on top of the box behind the little cubby on the dash about mid way. You'll need someone with small slim hands. I had to drop glove box, remove passenger side airbag (disconnect neg batt terminal before) then "WE" were able to get it... -

New cycling switch was put on and fixed the cycling issue. Now I'm certain it's behind the dash. What door or what could be causing me to get heater core air only? Both actuators in passenger side were replaced and relearned. Did I forget something along the way of assembly? Didn't have... -

Held vacuum , now compressor is not kicking on. Grabbing a new pressure switch before I attempt this compressor again. All fuses are good as well. -

System held vacuum for an hour. All connections are tight. Harnesses plugged in. But my gauges are reading this which is weird.
