Manufacture Date 8-17 On Lot 9-2

Mine was also hauled on a transporter to St. Louis in may. It was actually on their lot for 3 days before the dealer knew it. He thought it was in Wentzville at the rail hub.

Can anyone help me reconcile the difference in production status code from Dealer vs GMC?

I would listen to the dealer. Chances are something is on constraint or possibly the seatbelt recall which is causing GM to “change” your order. I would take the “change” with a grain of salt. I think delayed is probably a better identifier but they will never in a million years say that. You...

They usually don’t. It will reflect current pricing. It’s up to you to hold them to any previously agreed to pricing or incentives.

    Prices changed

This is the same thing that happened to me. Price went up a little. Dealer matched off of the workbench price. They also honored the package discounts that could not be added because it was a workbench order. You just have to keep your eyes open. Don’t let the finance guy quick sell you.

The window sticker will always reflect up to date pricing. It’s up to you to hold the dealer to any agreed to price off of an agreement or off the workbench form like I did. My new sticker didn’t include a couple package discounts that had expired by the time my vehicle had been delivered and...

    Denali Duramax: Expectation vs. Reality

I had 10 weeks from order to delivery of my Duramax Yukon XL SLT. Early march to mid May.

    Denali Duramax: Expectation vs. Reality

I thought the major cost in the belt change was the transmission drop. I think I saw $1500 somewhere.

    Denali Duramax: Expectation vs. Reality

I may be wrong on my numbers but… I think when Diesels were hard to come by (I guess they still are!) there were only 40-42 available per week on the line. I don’t know what the lines capacity per week is but that’s not many. I look at almost every Tahoe, Yukon and Esky I see and I haven’t seen...

Took Delivery of the Denali Duramax

Very nice. You will love the Duramax. If you can keep your foot out of it (a little!) on the highway, the MPG soars. We love ours. Congrats!!

    2022 Tahoe / Yukon / Suburban Purgatory

I was hoping to see a post from you about how you were able to track yours because it was on a truck out of wentzville, MO. I saw a trasnsporter full yesterday outside of St Louis. I wasn’t sure if you were closer to St. Louis or Chicago.

Yes they do. And it drives the sales people batty. They answer the phones all day about cars that are on their website but are already spoken for.

Your TPW was the same as mine although mine slipped through a few days sooner and actually hit the dealer lot on 5/9. I think Tinbadtin is right a couple posts down. The line always keeps running. If the parts are there, trucks get completed. If not, they go to Midlothian. Simple as that. When...

The critters are going to be PISSED that they have to finally move out of your vehicle! On a serious note, you have been there helping all of us on this thread, I am glad and still fingers crossed nothing crazy happens and you are finally getting the movement you have been waiting for!! Congrats!!

Absolutely correct. The fact that you don’t have window stickers is a dead give away as well. SOME PHYSICAL ITEM IS MISSING.

    Midlothian to Possession

To the best of my knowledge mine did not go to Midlothian. But mine also shipped over the road via transporter. I would think there almost has to be a rail hub in Arlington at the factory.
